Replace deprecated glyphs
Disable text enlargement for textblock glyphs
Change the TogglePaneButton glyph and behavior to match the ToggleCopyPaneButton one

Partial fix to the BallpointPen button animation, still need to improve the press and checked pointerover/press states:
