Old rest-client dependency #81

I am facing a dependency conflict with another gem, and I am wondering whether you could support rest-client 2.1 (5 years old)? Currently, this dependency is fixed to rest-client >= 1.8, <= 2.0.2 - could you please share the reason why newer versions are incompatible?
