Resurrect Chargify Direct Documentation #152

Please add these back to the documentation. All Chargify Direct documentation should stay with the API docs.

Please also add to the doculab/meta/table_of_contents.rb file controls the left-hand menu.

Can you please remove this page https://docs.chargify.com/chargify-direct-signups

I did not realise that the signups portion was already published under the V2 documentation here: https://docs.chargify.com/api-signups

The version that i sent you the name for below should be removed. it appears to be a WIP / incomplete page. Apologies!

Please also remove chargify-direct-signups from the doculab/meta/table_of_contents.rb file controls the left-hand menu.
