Key topic for maintenance/functional responseCode (in addition to http return codes)

API are described with only http return codes. We need to add ""functional status codes

Benefits:Ability to players to distihnguish in which functional situation they are. Impovement of maintenance and error/incident handling

Impact son players already connected via OPCP:none: they may ignore these codes. Positive:They can improve the robustness of their systems"
