Security improvement/Open bundle to additional informations: Players, suggest to add some extra additional datafields to improve ""user journey"" and security topic (anti fraud). Remark initially raised by Ulrich Binswanger on which I added complement

Benefits: 1°)In the CharIN Usecases working-group we highlighted some usecases (at least one) wher additiola info would be necessary in the bundle, to avoid some fraud 2°)It could be intersting to be able to display in the car, a readable description of each contract the EVdriver can activate

Impacts on players already connected via OPCP:very low: only new optional datafields. Very positive impacts for those who wants to use this feature: onBorad user interface and Fraud avoidance

1) Complete new security function. Not recommended, because already 2-factor authentication implemented. Additional codes to be entered by customer from the group not recommended and risk of complexity and lost of customer satisfaction. -> close 2) Additional values for contract bundle potentially to be discussed in the group and recommend for following version.

This will make PnC Very complex and OEMs will need to implement this based on no standard - Highly recommend to drop this request
