Remove duplicated folders in device code #37

@enioluwa23 I'm removing duplicate code for device/configuration. The nested folder seems to be the updated code, please verify. The reason I think it is the updated code is because of the modifyConfig method. @jh3377 I did not alter any GUI code, but with this PR open, please check the GUI code and verify that everything needed from this branch is still present. I can also delete if needed.

There are still some missing gui files due to an earlier pr that wont be fixed here, but will be once apiFramework is merged
