Pertaining to the previous issue of after creating a new database config, flow sends you back to choose a config but the newly created config doesn't appear.
Was an issue with the Link tag encompassing the Button element and type="submit" for the Button element. Having either of these things or both was the issue. Removing them fix the issue.
