Adding this plugin to PhoneGap Guild #65

Hi, It will more helpful if you submit this plugin to PhoneGap Build.

Seems there is a increasing market with NFC nowadays so it would be really good if you take a step to add this plugin into PhoneGap Build.

That would be a big help. I would like to test my app on a Windows Phone 8 System as well and without that plug-in submitted I have to look for an Windows 8 Machine and get the whole environment running to check it.

But anyway I really appreciate your development and effort for this plug-in. Without your plug-in my whole thesis wouldn't be possible to realise. Thanks for that @don .

I'd like to have PhoneGap Build include this plugin. I'm working to support the Cordova Plugin Spec https://github.com/alunny/cordova-plugin-spec
