`vowelName` should return name of maters #141

This:

const text = new Text("תִגְּע֖וּ").syllables.map((s) => s.vowelName);

console.log(text);
// [ 'HIRIQ', 'SHEVA', null ]

Should return 

// [ 'HIRIQ', 'SHEVA', 'SHUREQ' ]

This is really only for a shureq, as a shureq is the only vowel that doesn't have Unicode vowel characters
