Two finger taping (working ok, but in some situations it wont work normaly) #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. two finger tapping
 hard to explain. two finger(right button function) is working flawlessly almost everywhere. I'm at windows 7, and when i pass over the msn icon at the taskbar it pops up the thumbnails of the open windows from messenger (like it would be expected). The problem is that when i do the two finger tap on the messenger icon (or three finger tapping, i've tested it too), it opens the context menu (like it should open) but quickly it goes down and open the thumbnails again. And when i tap the right button it works ok.

i know my english is not so good, if you can't understand my problem I can post 
a video on youtube to explain what is hapening. 

Im using windows 7 64bit, latest version of two finger taping.

if any more information is needed I'll be here daily!
