Automatically answer 'yes' to prompts on housekeeping jobs #37

The housekeeping script /opt/observium/housekeeping.php cron job is missing the -y option which is required to automatically delete files. Without this option, the housekeeping job doesn't remove old data.

Thanks. The -y parameter is not documented in https://docs.observium.org/housekeeping/ but it's in https://github.com/pgmillon/observium/blob/master/housekeeping.php#L87
