Message can now be overridden using the --message flag.
A test case has been added to the end-to-end test suite to validate
that this does not prevent decoding.
The default message now ends in a trailing space. This is desirable
because it will cause the link in it to be detected correctly by chat
services that pick up on links. The previous behavior caused the
entire packet to be interpreted as a link on many chat platforms.
