Add HTML page #59

Something simple is fine; I like the look of https://www.hackterms.com/ but something uglier like http://jsbeautifier.org/ would suffice. We shouldn't need any site generators or the like, we only need a single page.

We would host on GitHub pages.

GitHub pages is a good idea. I have no particular thoughts on visual design. Obviously I like the design of cdaniels.net a lot, but I’m amenable to other styles also.
