Create a structure that can be extended with multiple output formats

It would be interesting to have a way to extend the framework with other output formats. The idea comes from the fact that after trying to use the markdown files on a Docusauros website, I noticed that many characteristics seem specific for Jekyll users.

Having a way to customize small things like folder structures, would be interesting.
