I also downloaded the tool, saw it was using a Makefile for build and wrote a
distutils script for it. Wasn't until I went to post it on here that I saw 
someone
else had already done something similar. My change is limited to just the 
setup.py (I
don't make any patches against the Makefile), and includes a bit more metadata 
(as
well as a correct License), so I figured I'd submit it as well.

I would love to see this get pushed up to PyPI.
