Should include some indication of the different names that different authors give to the quantities under consideration

e.g. "explainable sum of squares" is also called "total sum of squares".

Lab 04 is considerably harder and more time-consuming than the ones that came before. I either need to adjust the difficulty of all the other labs up (particularly as regards using pandas) or find a better way to do the ANOVA-by-hand portion. Paradoxically, I think folks would do better with less guidance -- the "clean" way of doing things isn't intuitive to them, and so filling in the blanks takes as long as writing it from scratch (and is more frustrating).

This lab is mostly being scrapped and the material moved to a tutorial. These issues will be resolved there.
