I just finished implementing the mixOde solver in Torsten, which takes advantage of the analytical solutions for the 1 and 2 Cpt models, and uses the bdf and rk45 integrators. All permutations lead to four new functions:

mixOde2CptModel_bdf
I will add a section to the user manual and one example to the example-models repo, namely a one patient Friberg-Karlsson model (I'll likely also use this example for the manuscript on the mix solver).
