Uniform color palette across plots, seaborn added to requirements.txt #2

added uniform color palette across all plots using the 'countries' list to minimize #colors needed. change the order so "Portugal" is in red while "Italy" and "China" are also represented in bright colors. Added seaborn package to 'requirements.txt'
