Site is unusable on my phone #410

Using a Pixel 6a with Chrome and all the latest updates.

The top navigation bar appears not to be there, regardless of orientation.

Clicking the "Desktop site" checkbox in Chrome doesn't seem to make a difference.

It looks like if the window width on my desktop is 991 pixels or lower it causes the nav bar to go away too.
