I know first hand this is tricky.... but can be done with CSS. See my project if you need assistance ng-scrolling-table https://github.com/jadrake75/ng-scrolling-table

It was for AngularJS, but solves a lot of the tricky CSS problems. I am not very active on it now because I am working with Aurelia pretty exclusively now. I personally like building apps and not framework/libraries so I'd be happy to provide support/answer questions

Thanks for the link - I'll take a look, this one has been making me hate CSS :)
