Make URL property name configurable #30

I offer this patch to make the name of the property configurable. I'm calling it org-board-property.

My personal reason to do it was to set org-board-property to "ROAM_REFS", so that the same property could store the URL for org-roam reference links and for the org-board archive.

Thank you for this package, it's been useful and reliable.
