Add migrations dir to seed db data

Description

Will require clean npm install from backend/

To seed data run npm run seed

• Opens mongoose connection to MONGO_DB_URI
• delete many on collections
• insert many on collections from exported file
• closes connection

Other Changes

• Prettier formatting on some files I touched
• added build to gitignore
• Removed package.json file in root dir
• Updated backend/package.json with deps used in root
• export IUser
• created skullLog() util function to log out skulls + green text
