improve metric naming #17

Standardise naming to follow a better pattern e.g

omada_device_*
omada_device_port_*
omada_client_*
omada_controller_*

The Omada API and the Prometheus Client has some limitations, ideally I'd like to expose a single metric for omada_download_activity_bytes instead of having omada_download_activity_bytes_wlan
