Open upcoming notes in new windows #3

@brimwats I've added a new command. Let me know if you can test this: obsidian-upcoming.zip.

Closes #2.

it works! It's a bit janky on the load because it loads 7 windows and then opens each date (as far as I could observe) but it works!

Great, thanks. I think the jank is mostly from how Obsidian creates the new windows, which isn't very optimized for opening multiple ones at once. I'll push out a new release.
