Bump webpack dependencies
Bump Electron to v22.0
I had to add an override to package.json to bump memfs because the app was crashing when you captured an image. https://github.com/streamich/memfs/issues/828 This dependency is used by webpack-dev-middleware which is used webpack-dev-server.
