Some UI tweaks

Removes the sidebar tabs
Adds a new "title toolbar" with the Project Management button, export video and settings buttons.

Later I may use the Window Controls Overlay API to combine this title bar with the native close/maximise/minimise buttons. #422 https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Window_Controls_Overlay_API
