Standalone command-line interface #9

It would be nice to be able to brew install this thing, and then run cucumber-lint in my current directory. For example when working on Cucumber.js, or Cucumber.jvm projects. Requiring Ruby to be installed for this to work should be fine here.

there is https://github.com/funkwerk/gherkin_lint. it provides a CLI to check gherkin/cucumber files.

would be nice to combine efforts?
