I think it's safe to say (knock on wood) that after this week we won't have any more of the .DS_store problems. That being said, we accomplished:

A very nice draft of the website design (courtesy of Colin)
Marking up some of the documents (Nate and Colin)
Finishing the relax ng schema and establishing general guidelines for markup (myself)
Getting more info on data mining and figuring out how we'll use it (Nate)

For spring break:

Everyone should markup at least 45 of their 90 assigned letters (shoot me a text if you need help figuring something out, or put your questions in the "Markup Questions" issue)
Colin will keep working on the website
Nate will try and figure out the XSLT that will get us closer to where we want to be for data mining

It sounds like you all are on the move and delegating responsibility well. After reading this update, I realize that my group and yours are in pretty separate camps. While we are working with a few texts, you have many more to mark-up and analyze. I'm wondering how and if you plan to examine minute details in the texts. It may be difficult to mark-up each text in great detail. However, are there a few texts or parts of the texts that have stood out to you? As a reader of your project, though I will be interested in the greater analysis and evidence to support your research question, I would also be interested in small details that mark-up or the unfamiliar reader couldn't catch.
