Adjusted the code to respect wildcard settings
Added the ability to process attributes, not just tags
Created a new plugin to handle relative URL paths (this only works with a tags at the moment as the other tags will be removed if their src or href properties do not start with http/s

I will resolve an issue with the relative URL plugin by changing its position in the plugin tree, so that the other sanitizers don't strip out the relative paths.
