Resolve pedantic Clippy lints #118

Configure Clippy to use pedantic lints. Resolved all liniting and formatting issues. Currenlty there are zero warnings. Issue #101 is therefore resolved by this PR. There is code in the repository that has to be refactored, I will mention them there.
