Show user their progress towards each target #43

Would this be more Chartkicks? @ShivsBee are we thinking visualise progress?

Could be a chart, could be text – whatever you want I suppose! The chart would be really cool. It would also be interesting to figure out how to convert the text information into something that we did send an email – either as some sort of HTML formatted thing, or maybe converting it to a JPEG if there is a tool to do such a thing.
