What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login and run the Table Query Wizard
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
DescribeBox_init: wild_error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With
what Salesforce.com edition?
Installed latest version of addin
Enterprise Edition
Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise

Also experiencing the same issue.  Uninstalled the Office Toolkit, reinstalled 
it and the connecter and still receiving the error message.

I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise and using Unlimited Edition.

Not sure if this is 100% correct, but I changed my password and the error 
message went away.  Hope that helps.

I have the same problem just in one Sandbox Org and reset the password didn't 
help.
