User Story

Proposed Solution

EITHER: Rework our data model to allow keeping track of multiple bed assignments per medical record

OR: cut off and hide the "past" part of bed assignments, and also don't consider them when assigning patients

This is potentially a lot of work, so I've added the blocked label until we get the final presentation data - worst case, it's a bit stressful in the final week of the project, but best case, we can just skip this issue altogether
