Documentation of mailing commands only specific to the currently displayed list is not clear #12

UG documentation does not specify that the mailing commands will only work on the currently specified list. Though the actual behaviour seems valid, would make sense to document it clearly and make a distinction for "student list" as "all students stored in system" vs "currently displayed student list"

e.g. steps to reproduce:

  1. find n/alex
  2. mail-all

(see ss below for instance of ambiguous documentation on "student list" term used) image.png

expected: all emails of all entries will still be pulled to the mailing application actual: only email of entries currently displayed entries are pulled to the mailing app.
