No documentation noted on what counts as duplication of a new task to be added. #13

Based on the behaviour of the gui app, it is determined that duplication of tasks occurs when both the task name and deadline is the same as an already existing task in the system. However, this duplication check is not documented in the section for newtask in the UG.
