Adds an OnFirstPage method to use with OnLastPage for better code clarity.

Before:

if g.paginator.OnLastPage() {
    // ...
} else if g.paginator.Page == 0 {
    // ...
}

After:

if g.paginator.OnLastPage() {
    // ...
} else if g.paginator.OnFirstPage() {
    // ...
}
