Missing Documentation for Customization #84

Describe the bug The Customization section of the README.md has not been updated to reflect the latest output of freeze -h.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Customization section of the README.md
  2. Take note of the options that are listed
  3. Open a shell session and run freeze -h
  4. Note how there are options in the help menu that are not mentioned in the README.md Customization section

Expected behavior All customization options are documented in the README.md file so users know they are available without having to first download freeze to run the --help option to find them.
