Fixes https://github.com/charmbracelet/gum/discussions/409#discussioncomment-10824849, pending a bubbles component (likely from https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbles/pull/475).

Changes

Adds and documents date picker command: gum date.
Adds a dependency for working with logical dates: https://github.com/fxtlabs/date. This is undesirable; happy to reimplement around something internal.
