Add /sys/fs/bpf note for cnis on lxd which require a profile adjustment #798

Adjust docs to show how to adjust lxd profiles to expose /sys/fs/bpf. Juju team has accurately warned that exposing more of the host machine's kernel to lxd adjustments will just yield future confusion and it's likely we should adviser users to not deploy CNI's that require these kernel params on LXD.

should we not add something to the local install page too?

What do you have in mind? Does this mean the [install-local.md] page?

yes - i assume these same issues arise there?

@addyess maybe simply a note advising people to look at the CNI overview if they are using Calico etc. I'm concerned that it would be easy to deploy these things without seeing the solution where it currently lives
