Spaces in manual provider #848

Spaces display certain inconsistencies/limitations in installations with the manual provider. Could we please document them or point to https://juju.is/docs/juju/network-spaces#heading--subnets-discovered-progressively ?

Fair point. Where would you expect to see this mentioned?
