User Stats Over Time graph now plots statistic rates instead of counts. User Stats Per Process now has the option of showing rates (alongside the existing options)

- Changed getUserEventIndex() to return -1 instead of null. Returning null lead to null pointer exceptions when trying to cast back to an "int", which lead to some premature termination of log readings.
