Finish suggestions #103

[x] Add suggestions for persons
[x] Add suggestions for places
[x] Add suggestions for collections
[x] Update to match design

Unified places and persons handling for both suggestions and regular facets. This makes it a lot easier to handle. I kept the separate search box for collections as the behavior was too different to merge with person and places.
