1 day, week, monthly subscriptions to Chartex with fee burn #100

Could a subscription model be investigated?

Subscription could be in any token eth,tether,wbtc, and on any chain

One model would be for all fees paid in Chart recieve a 10% discount, and then it is burned

Fees paid in other tokens: 90% used for $CHART buyback&burn, 10% for Chartex.pro treasury
