Horizontal bar chart with border/lines under bars #1183

Hi there,

I would be happy if somebody could help me with some layout challenge I got. I have to place a border which is as long as the Y-axis on bars of a horizontal bar chart. See my screenshot.

Chartist has recently been updated to version 1.0 with some new exciting changes like ESM and TypeScript support. The migration guide can be found right here.
