This PR improves time interval config

Changes

new time formats input (seconds / minutes / etc) next to the time interval
update dist

Other changes

import types (TickOrientation / Mode / etc) from @chartwerk/line-chart instead of re-defining them

TODO:

add input limits (ng-min / ng-max) for every time format, e.g.: minutes: 1-60, hours: 1-24, etc
