Make bottom navigation icons #7

Need to be able to allocate an icon to a menu item, so that it will show as an icon at the bottom of the page, rather than as text. The top menu stays the same. This will allow the more, ahem, visually-oriented section of the populace to have a way of accessing navigation.

This is a bit of a problem to do in a theme. Perhaps a separate plugin?
