When I visited this channel, it was +m and I wasn't automatically voiced so I left. The topic suggests an entirely different network be used.

Is this README statement correct?

It is not. The other branches got a commit fixing it, but it seems master was neglected.

It also seems as if GitHub no longer closes issues when you mark them as fixed in a commit...

@aaronmdjones It only autocloses issues if they're committed into the default branch (release/4 atm)
