Add basic footer with team members, Width yet to be confirmed

1. index.html : footer element at end of index.html
2. assets/css/style.css : Footer Section at end of style.css

• I need to discuss width options with @bodthegod coz footer is width of screen atm whereas gameboard approx 1400px so need to tie that up

• I'm waiting on permission from some of the team to include their LinkedIn on footer so if they say No I will need to remove link
