the visual layout and styling needs improvement

[x] help info should start closed, but has a button to reveal
[x] make the red warning message's color customizable via a custom css property --xiome-video-hosting-warning-color
[x] use a warning svg icon next to the "dacast rejected" warning
[x] use an svg icon next to the time the account was linked (maybe a clock)
