Feature Request: Random Spawn Point #16

I love this mod, one of the first I install on a server, but the one thing that is missing for me is the ability to optionally set a random spawn point for a new player.

Just a simple configuration option, which is the size of the area in which new players will spawn. i.e. size=10000, means that a new player could spawn anywhere in X=-10000 to X=10000, Z=-10000 to Z=10000. The spawn point should be on land though, i.e. only on blocks of sand, stone, cobblestone, dirt, grass, etc.

Any chance this could be implemented?

I suggest a separate plugin that can do this via command and you use this plugin to have that command run on first join.
